• Focusing on as a top priority internally to figure out the pain points & stickiness

• Moving more towards “cozy corners”

  • More membership oriented model — instead of a topic/hashtag that then has moderation, moving to a model where you’re explicitly inviting people to participate in channel

    • Easier for most folks to curate(like a group chat)

    • Still public though, the work people do to make it interesting can be shown on the protocol

  • Feed will move to more of a narrowcast model

  • Can also use token gating or even programmatically inviting

• New auth model on Warpcast API that can be used for follows/unfollows in the short future

  • More on the follow/unfollow channel API spec
